I'm Kristen Woodman and I started
White Glove Transactions because of my passion for
real estate and its people.
I began my journey in real estate in 2013 as the Executive Assistant/Transaction Manager to a top-producing team in Orlando. With nearly 10 years of experience, I have successfully closed more than 3,000 transactions along with handling every back-end aspect of the business including marketing, budgeting, tracking, and client retention.

I understand that purchasing or selling a home is a high-stress time for your client. With extensive experience in the Florida real estate market, I am ready and able to manage your contracts from signing to closing while also having open visibility to keep you and your clients updated on progress.
