Owner/Transaction Manager
Kristen Woodman
After earning my business degree from the University of Central Florida, I began my real estate career in 2013 as the Executive Assistant and Transaction Manager for a top-producing team in Orlando. Over the years, I gained extensive experience in all facets of real estate operations, from transaction coordination to marketing, budgeting, and client retention.

In 2019, I founded White Glove Transactions with the goal of providing high-level transaction coordination services to agents across Florida. With over a decade of industry experience, I’ve successfully managed and closed more than 5,000 real estate transactions. My focus is on delivering seamless, efficient support that allows agents to stay focused on serving their clients and growing their business.

Mandie Morgan
I began my real estate career in 2020 as the Listing and Transaction Coordinator and Director of Operations for a top-producing team in Orlando. I later transitioned into an Executive Assistant role for a high-performing solo agent, where I refined my expertise in contract management, streamlined operations, and supported every phase of the transaction process. As a licensed real estate professional, I bring a well-rounded perspective that helps me anticipate the needs of both agents and clients with confidence.

Jailene Lozano
My journey in real estate began when I purchased my first investment property at the age of 21. Through trial and error, I discovered my love and passion for real estate. Since then, I have built extensive experience buying, selling, and managing many residential homes. I understand first-hand how exciting, and overwhelming the home-buying process can be and I am eager to help facilitate and guide others through this process.
I joined White Glove Transactions with the purpose to help more agents achieve their goals, grow their network, and expand their business. As your TC, I will ensure the success of every closing as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

Assistant Transaction Coordinator
Hillary Thomas
My real estate journey began with a deep interest in the industry and a desire to fully understand the sales process before becoming a licensed agent. I started as a Transaction Coordinator for a top-producing Orlando team, taking on roles in listing management, marketing, budgeting, and client retention. I later served as Director of First Impressions/Communications, where I gained valuable experience in compliance, training, and brokerage operations. In January 2023, I earned my Florida real estate license, as I build my network and plan for future investments.
