Meet the Team

I'm Kristen Woodman and I started
White Glove Transactions because of my passion for
real estate and its people. 

After graduating from UCF (Go Knights!), I began my journey in real estate in 2013 as the Executive Assistant/Transaction Manager to a top-producing team in Orlando. After several years with the team, I launched White Glove Transactions in 2019 to provide high-level transaction coordination services to agents throughout Florida. With more than 10 years of experience, I have successfully closed more than 5,000 transactions along with handling every back-end aspect of a real estate business including marketing, budgeting, tracking, and client retention.

You need a professional managing your contracts from beginning to end, and that’s where White Glove Transactions comes in. I understand that purchasing or selling a home is a high-stress time for your client. With extensive experience in the Florida real estate market, I am ready and able to manage your contracts from signing to closing while also having open visibility to keep you and your clients updated on progress.

I'm Jailene Lozano and I joined
White Glove Transactions because of my passion for
helping people achieve their real estate goals.

My journey in real estate began when I purchased my first investment property at the age of 21. Through trial and error, I discovered my love and passion for real estate. Since then, I have built extensive experience buying, selling, and managing many residential homes. 
 
I understand first-hand how exciting, and overwhelming the home-buying process can be and I am eager to help facilitate and guide others through this process.
 
I joined White Glove Transactions with the purpose to help more agents achieve their goals, grow their network, and expand their business. As your TC, I will ensure the success of every closing as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
 
Being able to communicate fluently in Spanish, I also aim to bridge the gap with the Hispanic community. My past experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded professional with strong attention to detail and an appreciation for building strong, collaborative relationships.

I’m Hillary Thomas and I joined White Glove Transactions because of my passion to help agents grow their businesses in efforts to help more people realize homeownership can be a reality.

Real estate has always fascinated me, and I knew I wanted to earn my Florida real estate license. Before diving in, I wanted to fully understand the sales process, so I started as a Transaction Coordinator on a top-producing team in Orlando. Over the years, I grew into a Transaction Manager, taking on responsibilities like listing inputs, developing a testimonial program, budgeting, marketing, and client retention.

 

I also served as Director of First Impressions/Communications at Keller Williams, where I gained insight into the broader aspects of real estate, including compliance, training, and brokerage performance. I earned my Florida real estate license in January 2023 and currently hold it under a referral program, aiming to build a network of agent connections and a personal sphere of influence, while also planning to become an investor in the future. My initial fascination with real estate has since turned into a true passion.

 

I joined White Glove Transactions to combine my experience and passion to support agents and help more people achieve homeownership. As a proactive, service-oriented professional with strong attention to detail, I understand the importance of a smooth, stress-free transaction for you and your clients, ensuring a successful closing.
