We're Hiring an Assistant Transaction Coordinator!
White Glove Transactions, LLC is a rapidly growing real estate transaction coordination business serving real estate agents across the state of Florida. Our goal is in the name, to provide high-level white glove service to our agents and their clients. We are looking to add a talented and passionate professional to our team. The role is to assist our team with back-end administrative tasks and duties to facilitate a higher level of service. This position will involve primarily using web-based applications to perform data entry, email and phone communications, file organization, and other administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and process-oriented. In this fast-paced, work-from-home environment, the Assistant Transaction Coordinator must be a self-starter, self-motivator, and quick learner. They must be able to work from a computer for extended periods of time with their own reliable computer and internet access. Our candidate will have excellent written communication skills, able to communicate thoughts, next steps, and red flags clearly and succinctly. The ideal candidate will take authority and pride in their work.
This will begin as a part-time position, quickly growing to full-time with the goal of growing to be a Transaction Manager through experience and training.
Real estate experience is a plus, not required. We will provide all training on real estate transactions, applications, and systems.

Fluent in basic computer skills and applications

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience Required:
2+ Years in a Professional Setting or Administrative Role
Real Estate Experience a Plus
Local to Central Florida Preferred*
Real Estate Experience
Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign or TransactionDesk
Familiar with TCWorkflow or Open to Close
Pay based on experience with quick growth opportunities.
